The Frediani Family Wood-Fired Outdoor Brick Pizza Oven in California

"Our oven is 9ft off the ground and sits in a foundation supported by (4) 6x6's attached to 4ft concrete pillars (2ft underground to deal with frost line).  On a side note of my building of this oven, it hearkens back to the wood-fired ovens of my home town in Tuscany.  I left as a child of 5 in 1956.  One of my fondest memories is walking down to the small piazza with my dad to pick up bread fresh out of the towns ovens.  This has been a fun filled effort made so much easier by your system.  Thank You!"
