The Mills Family Wood Fired Brick Pizza Oven in Iowa
"Last week here, the night time temperatures were in the mid-twenties. Saturday night I made a couple of pizzas & roasted some pears. The next day, eighteen hours later, the oven temperature was 248 degrees when I went out to start it up again. That day, I roasted a big pan of eggplant, baked a loaf of bread and an apple pie. The pizza oven is performing flawlessly. In my experience with BrickWood Ovens, I would whole-heartedly recommend their products to anyone interested in building their own oven. Their great company with top notch service!"
