Pizza Wood Fired Oven

I started Sept 2020 and worked until early November then started up again in April. My dad (78 y/o) started the block work then would hand it off to me to finish. He did the same with the brick work and he finished up most of the pizza wood fired oven... then my wife informed me I needed to add a 700 sq foot patio around the pizza oven! The first 25 pizzas were cooked for a party right after competing the oven (so much for practicing before hand). And the day of the graduation party, we cooked about 80 pizzas in 5 hours.

"I have to say, since completing the project in time for our sons graduation in June my wife loves it and we have done about 250 pizzas. We have done morning after eggs, brownies, some beef ribs and most recently cookies. With all of that the absolute best thing was 2 delicious 12lb turkeys for Thanksgiving. They turned out being the best I have ever had. They were moist and had the best smoke flavor and only took about 2 hours and 20 minutes to cook. Thank you for the inspiration!"
