Plastic Rebar Safety Caps / 4-Pack

If you have some old Tennis Balls, you can use those instead of purchasing these Rebar Safety Caps.  Simply make a 1/2" slice on each Tennis Ball then place the ball on the rebar (the rebar goes into the new slice).
