The Tildsley Family Wood Fired Brick Pizza Oven in Massachusetts

"Our pizza oven took a little longer than I thought, but I was away a lot and the weather didn't cooperate when I started.  We put a lot of thought into it and wanted it to have a Southwest flair…  Everyone that sees it can't believe it..  and that I did it myself!  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this project to anyone.  We recently roasted corn, BBQ’ed shrimp, baked sweet potatoes and chicken.  All came out very well.  There is a learning curve to get the fire right, but it didn't take long to figure it out.  I love my oven.  Call me anytime and I'll talk to any of your future customers!"
