"We cook pizza, meat, chicken or whatever.. than throw in some bread. Overnight, I slow cook pork shoulder roast, beef brisket, or even corned beef. Amazing to have the oven hot in the morning! Thanks for the great brick pizza oven plans, the oven works fantastically!"
