Wow! What a great experience! We had the inaugural Wesley United Methodist Church pizza oven event last night and the oven performed extremely well. A friend who also has a wood fired oven came over to provide a few pointers. He was very impressed with the design. Throughout the building process I was very impressed with the detail of your directions.
