I built this wood fired outdoor pizza oven over the summer. It took longer than estimated, but I was doing the work on my own because of social distancing. I am in Vermont so I went with an enclosed brick exterior and roof instead of stopping at the stucco, that added time too. Some of the dimensions had to be adjusted to account the added insulation that is recommended for cold climates. I included some thermal images to show the great job that the insulation does.
